The branding update for Polikratos transforms the old, utilitarian site into a modern, elegant platform that better reflects the premium experience of its homes. A refined color palette, clean typography, and immersive imagery are paired with a modern interpretation of a classic Greek icon, blending heritage with contemporary design. The result is a seamless and inviting digital presence that aligns the brand’s online identity with the authenticity and luxury of the guest experience.
Process

Reworking Initial Ideas
The original icon I developed with the client leaned too heavily into a literal interpretation, which limited its flexibility and ultimately didn’t capture the essence of the brand. While it had potential, it wasn’t fully resonating with the market, the clientele, or the deeper passion driving the company. Through the rebrand, we evolved that concept into a modernized take on a classic Greek icon—something more timeless, symbolic, and aligned with both the luxury experience and the brand’s authentic roots.

Do the Research
After conducting market research and immersing myself in the client’s properties—their current aesthetic as well as their vision for the future—I developed a cleaner, more versatile look. The updated design feels at home in an ultra-modern villa while still blending seamlessly into a stylish apartment in the city center.
