Polikratos is a Greek real-estate and luxury hospitality platform offering properties across Greece—from Athens and the Athenian Riviera to Paros, Corfu, Chalkida, and Kefalonia—including apartments, penthouses, and fully equipped holiday homes.
The branding update for Polikratos transforms the old, utilitarian site into a modern, elegant platform that better reflects the premium experience of its homes. A refined color palette, clean typography, and immersive imagery are paired with a modern interpretation of a classic Greek icon, blending heritage with contemporary design. The result is a seamless and inviting digital presence that aligns the brand’s online identity with the authenticity and luxury of the guest experience. After conducting market research and immersing myself in the client’s properties—their current aesthetic as well as their vision for the future—I developed a cleaner, more versatile look. The updated design feels at home in an ultra-modern villa while still blending seamlessly into a traditional apartment in the city center.
